Please use the example incomes listed below to determine your fee. When you check out, you will be prompted to select the appropriate tier.
Tier 1: $165 | Individual Income ≤ $25,000, or Family Income ≤ $62,000
Tier 2: $275 | Individual Income ≤ $40,000, or Family Income ≤ $99,000
Tier 3: $385 | Individual Income ≥ $40,000, or Family Income ≥ $99,000
